What is the return policy?
For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Each Nae Brush is carefully quality-inspected before leaving our hands, and our brushes are tested for durability and everyday use.
However, under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty. If you believe your brush has a fault, please contact us at hellonaebrush@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. If an item is clearly faulty we will cover the costs of return.
When will I receive my order?
All New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post Courier service, with a delivery target of the next working day once your parcel has been dispatched. We aim to process and package your order as quickly as possible, but please allow a little extra time for handling.
Please note: rural deliveries may take longer than the standard delivery target.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes, we ship to Australia using NZ Post’s international courier service. Delivery times generally range from 3–10 working days, depending on your location. We aim to process and package your order promptly, but please allow extra time for customs clearance and any potential delays in the international courier network.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $10 NZD for shipping within New Zealand and $15 NZD for shipping to Australia. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout, so you’ll always know the cost before completing your order.

Is the Nae Brush suitable for all hair types?
Yes! The Nae Brush is designed to work beautifully across a wide range of hair types - from fine and straight to thick and curly. The unique blend of boar bristles and precision nylon fibres ensures gentle detangling while promoting shine and scalp health.
Most people who have tried the Nae Brush also enjoy the light exfoliating sensation on the scalp. However, if you have a very sensitive scalp, the Nae Brush may not be the best fit - we’re working on adding a sensitive scalp brush to our collection soon.
Can I purchase or test the Nae brush Anywhere in person?
The Nae Brush is available to test and purchase at Diosa Hair Salon in Auckland. The address is 3/76 East Street, Pukekohe 2120.
How do I clean my Nae Brush?
For best results, gently remove any hair from the bristles. To deep clean, wash occasionally with lukewarm water and a drop of shampoo. Rinse lightly and lay the brush flat to air dry completely before using again. Regular care will help your brush last longer and promote hair health.
Do not soak: Rinse lightly to protect the cushioned base.
